RPE 11 is a performance platform for strength coaches and athletes. It combines RPE-based program building, AI-powered nutrition, real-time wellness tracking, analytics, and a marketplace for selling programs — all in one app. Train solo or with a coach.
Yes. The Solo Athlete plan ($20/mo + processing fees) gives you your own program builder, nutrition engine, AI assistant, and access to the Marketplace where you can buy programs from professional coaches. No invite code needed.
Coaches generate a 6-digit invite code for each athlete. The athlete enters the code during signup, completes onboarding, and is immediately connected to their coach. Coached athletes are always free — the coach's subscription covers them.
It depends on your plan. Standard supports up to 15 athletes, Pro supports up to 30, and Elite gives you unlimited athletes. You can upgrade your plan at any time as your roster grows.
The first 250 paid users get a permanently reduced rate that never increases, even when standard pricing goes up. Once all 250 founders spots are taken, new users pay the higher post-founders price.
You choose how to collect from your athletes: Stripe (automatic billing, standard processing fees) or Venmo (you collect manually, zero platform fees from RPE 11). Either way, your RPE 11 subscription is one flat monthly fee with no per-athlete charges.

By accessing or using RPE 11 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. RPE 11 is operated by RPE 11 LLC.
RPE 11 is a performance coaching platform that provides program building, nutrition tracking, wellness monitoring, analytics, AI-assisted coaching tools, and a marketplace for coaches and athletes. The Platform is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Third-Party Integrations: The Platform integrates with third-party services including FatSecret (food database — Powered by FatSecret), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic Claude (AI features). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. RPE 11 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not share your account or allow others to access it. RPE 11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Stripe billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. Standard Stripe processing fees apply and are set by Stripe, not RPE 11. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
Venmo billing: Coaches who choose to collect athlete fees via Venmo do so independently. RPE 11 is not a party to Venmo transactions between coaches and athletes. RPE 11 does not process, guarantee, or take any cut of Venmo payments. Coaches using Venmo assume full responsibility for payment collection, record-keeping, tax reporting, and any disputes with their athletes.
Founders pricing: The first 250 paid users receive a permanently reduced subscription rate. This rate is locked in for the lifetime of continuous subscription and does not increase, even when standard pricing changes.
Direct purchases: For subscriptions or marketplace purchases made through our website (via Stripe), all sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact help@rpe11.app.
App Store purchases: If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. RPE 11 cannot issue refunds for app store purchases. Contact Apple or Google directly.

Direct Purchases: For subscriptions and marketplace purchases made directly through the RPE 11 website (processed via Stripe), all sales are final except as required by applicable law.
Coaches may sell training programs through the RPE 11 Marketplace. Pro-tier coaches pay a 10% revenue share on sales; Elite-tier coaches retain 100%. Programs are digital goods and are non-refundable once purchased. RPE 11 does not guarantee the quality, safety, or effectiveness of third-party programs.
Coach Status: Coaches on the RPE 11 platform are independent users and are not employees, agents, or contractors of RPE 11 LLC. Coaches determine their own pricing, programs, methodologies, and client relationships independently.
Coach Responsibility: Coaches are solely responsible for the accuracy and safety of the programs they create, their professional qualifications, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, tax obligations, and any claims arising from the coaching services they provide.
Platform Role: RPE 11 is a technology platform that connects coaches and athletes. RPE 11 is not a party to the coaching relationship between coaches and athletes and assumes no liability for coach actions, omissions, advice, or programs.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload harmful, misleading, or infringing content; (c) attempt to access other users' accounts or data; (d) reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform; (e) use the AI features to generate medical advice or clinical diagnoses.
RPE 11's AI assistant provides general training and nutrition suggestions. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your training or diet based on AI-generated recommendations.
RPE 11 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RPE 11 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or financial loss.
RPE 11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and all personal data—including training logs, profile information, progress photos, body measurements, and AI conversation history—is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., platform-wide usage statistics) may be retained. Account deletion revokes all coaching relationships and removes your data from coaches' views.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Informal resolution first: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at help@rpe11.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Texas or remotely if you prefer. The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in any court.
Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with RPE 11 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. Small claims court actions are also exempt from arbitration.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RPE 11, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third party's rights, (d) any content you upload or create on the platform, or (e) if you are a coach, any training programs, advice, or services you provide through the marketplace.
RPE 11 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.
Your content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create on RPE 11, including training logs, progress photos, form check videos, body measurements, and nutrition logs. By using the Service, you grant RPE 11 a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Coach marketplace content: Coaches retain ownership of training programs and content they create for the marketplace. By listing content on the marketplace, coaches grant RPE 11 a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and facilitate sales. Coaches represent and warrant they have the right to sell their content and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property.
Platform IP: RPE 11's name, logo, software, design, and AI features are owned by RPE 11 LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any RPE 11 technology.
AI-generated content: Training suggestions and coaching insights generated by RPE 11's AI are provided as part of the Service. You may use AI-generated recommendations for personal use but may not resell or redistribute AI outputs as standalone products.
Prohibited content: You may not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, infringing on intellectual property rights, or depicting minors.
DMCA takedown: If you believe content on RPE 11 infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to help@rpe11.app including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing content, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury, and (f) your signature. We will respond within 10 business days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RPE 11 regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. RPE 11 may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, provided the assignee agrees to honor these Terms.

Account data: Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
Profile data: Sport, bodyweight, height, age, training preferences, and other information you provide during onboarding.
Training data: Workout logs, RPE ratings, program data, nutrition logs, wellness entries (sleep, stress, soreness, bodyweight).
Health & fitness data: Body measurements (weight, body fat percentage, circumference measurements), body composition data, injury and body map annotations, competition history and results.
Media data: Progress photos and form check videos you upload for tracking or coach review. We strip location data (EXIF GPS) from photos on upload.
Food & nutrition data: Food logs, meal plans, and nutritional information retrieved via third-party food databases.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and device/browser information for analytics and performance monitoring.
Device identifiers: Anonymous device identifiers for crash reporting and analytics. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or track you across other apps.
Payment data: Stripe handles payment processing. RPE 11 does not store credit card numbers. For Venmo transactions between coaches and athletes, RPE 11 may store transaction IDs for verification purposes.
Health platform data (optional): If you connect Apple Health or Google Health Connect, we may read and write workout data, body measurements, activity data, and sleep data with your explicit permission. You control which data types are shared through your device's Health settings.
Push notification tokens: If you enable push notifications, we collect your device's push token to deliver training reminders, coach messages, and account notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Special category data: Some data you provide — including body measurements, body composition, injury annotations, and health integration data — may be considered health-related data under certain privacy laws. We process this data only with your explicit consent, which you provide when you voluntarily enter it. You are never required to provide health-related data to use RPE 11's core features.
We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) personalize your experience (AI recommendations, macro calculations, analytics); (c) facilitate coach-athlete relationships; (d) process payments; (e) communicate with you about your account and the Platform.
Media processing: Progress photos and form check videos are stored securely and visible only to you and, if applicable, your coach. Photos are not used for AI model training. We strip GPS/location metadata on upload. You can delete any photo or video at any time.
Health platform data: Data synced from Apple Health or Google Health Connect is used solely to provide and improve your RPE 11 experience. We do not use health integration data for advertising, marketing, or sale to third parties.
Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK users): Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) for account and training data; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for usage analytics and security; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for AI features, health integrations, media uploads, and marketing; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for tax and financial record-keeping. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest by contacting help@rpe11.app.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. The application is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. We use localStorage on your device to cache session data and preferences.
Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS).
Encryption at rest: Data stored in our Supabase database is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Progress photos and videos are stored in encrypted cloud storage.
Local storage: Data stored locally on your device via localStorage is subject to your device's native encryption (device passcode/biometric protection).
International data transfers: RPE 11 is operated from the United States. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or other region with data transfer restrictions, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border transfers.
Data breach notification: In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected users via email and/or in-app notification within 72 hours. We will also notify relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We share data with the following service providers:
Stripe: Payment processing. Receives name, email, and payment method details.
Resend: Transactional email delivery. Receives email addresses and email content.
Anthropic (Claude API): AI coaching features. Receives training context and conversation text as described in Section 5.
FatSecret Platform API: Food and nutrition database. Receives food search queries only. No personal data (name, email, account info) is sent to FatSecret. Powered by FatSecret.
Supabase: Database hosting and authentication. Stores all account and training data as our data processor.
Cloudflare: Application hosting, CDN, and edge computing (Workers). Processes requests and may log IP addresses for security.
Apple Health / Google Health Connect: If you opt in, we sync workout data, body measurements, and activity data bidirectionally. No health data is sent to our servers beyond what is already part of your RPE 11 profile.
Push notification services: Apple APNs / Google FCM for delivering notifications. Only device push tokens and notification text are shared.
Coach access: If you are a coached athlete, your coach can view your training logs, progress photos, body measurements, nutrition logs, and any data you share through the coaching relationship. Coaches are independent users, not RPE 11 employees.
Coach-independent payments: Some coaches collect payments outside RPE 11 (e.g., Venmo). These transactions are entirely independent of RPE 11. We do not process, store, or access payment data from external payment services.
When you use the AI assistant, relevant context (wellness data, program details, nutrition targets) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. This data is processed in real time and is not stored by Anthropic or used to train their models. You can use the Platform without the AI features.
AI conversation storage: While Anthropic does not retain your data after processing, RPE 11 stores your AI conversation history within your account to provide continuity across sessions. This data is part of your account data and is deleted when you delete your account. You can delete individual AI conversations at any time.
RPE 11 uses localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store your session token, preferences, and cached data. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to third parties. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Tracking: RPE 11 does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use the Apple IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or participate in ad networks. Under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, we declare: "Data Not Used to Track You."
You may: (a) access your data at any time through the Platform; (b) update or correct your information through your profile; (c) request deletion of your account and all associated data via Settings > Account > Delete Account or by contacting help@rpe11.app; (d) export your data. We will respond to deletion and export requests within 30 days.
Data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV). You can export your data through Settings > Data > Export My Data. For a complete export, contact help@rpe11.app.
Right to restrict processing: You may request that we restrict processing of your personal data if: (a) you contest accuracy, (b) processing is unlawful but you oppose deletion, (c) we no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims, or (d) you have objected pending verification. Contact help@rpe11.app.
Right to object: You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Upon objection, we will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds. You have the absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time.
California residents — CCPA/CPRA rights: RPE 11 does not sell your personal information and has not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and non-discrimination. To exercise these rights, contact help@rpe11.app or use in-app settings. We will respond within 45 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., platform-wide usage statistics) may be retained indefinitely.
RPE 11 is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. In accordance with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe someone under 16 has created an account, contact help@rpe11.app.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
